Seeking an experienced Lead Mobile Software Developer to build and support mobile solutions. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with developers, designers, and product teams, while also coaching and mentoring team members to shape a strong development culture.

Key Responsibilities

Engage in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including user requirement analysis, software design, testing, deployment, and debugging.

Provide thought leadership on mobile architecture, UI design frameworks, and best practices to enhance developer productivity and reduce costs (server-driven UI, cross-platform solutions, etc.).

Continuously improve mobile architecture through best practices, new technologies, and third-party integrations.

Mentor team members across all aspects of the development process.

Collaborate closely with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow.

Troubleshoot and debug systems for optimal performance and user experience.

Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Participate in company-wide technical discussions, providing expertise and collaborating with cross-functional teams (security, DevOps, data, compliance, and product).

Strong verbal communication skills in English.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

8+ years of hands-on experience in native mobile development (Android SDKs, Java, Swift).

Proven experience developing for both iOS and Android platforms.

Strong knowledge of Swift (iOS) and Kotlin/Java (Android).

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend development, preferably using Node.js..

Proficiency in development tools and frameworks such as Xcode, Android Studio, and Git.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions on technology strategy and architecture.

Understanding of OOP, MVC, and service-oriented architecture concepts.

Experience working with RESTful and SOAP APIs and integrating third-party tools and libraries.

Ability to work flexible hours across international time zones.

Experience with version control systems (SVN, Git); Bitbucket is a plus.

Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery best practices.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.
