## Key Responsibilities
### 1. Channel Strategy & Content Planning
- Design tailored social media strategies for each platform aligned with our brand voice, mission, and target audience.
- Prepare and manage monthly content calendars, scheduling posts across channels.
- Coordinate content with ongoing marketing campaigns, product updates, and brand initiatives.
### 2. Content Development & Curation
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and videographers to produce engaging visuals, videos, and written content suited to each platform.
- Share and highlight user-generated content to encourage community participation and showcase real user experiences.
- Work with internal influencers or KOLs on TikTok to develop content that maximizes engagement while maintaining brand tone.
### 3. Community Engagement & Moderation
- Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build a supportive community.
- Monitor community sentiment and feedback to refine content and engagement strategies.
- Implement interactive activities such as Q&As, challenges, polls, and user stories to deepen community bonds.
### 4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track key social media metrics (engagement, reach, growth, CTR) and analyze data to inform strategy adjustments.
- Present monthly reports with insights and recommendations to the marketing team.
- Optimize content based on performance, amplifying top-performing posts and iterating on content formats.
### 5. Trend Awareness & Innovation
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, and emerging channels.
- Experiment with new formats like Reels, Stories, or Live sessions to keep content fresh and engaging.
### 6. Collaboration on Paid Campaigns
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align organic and paid social media initiatives.
- Assist in creating ad content and supporting paid campaigns to meet growth objectives.
Requirement
### Must Have:
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a record of growing audiences and engagement.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Ability to interpret data and use insights to refine strategies.
- Creative mindset with a good eye for visuals and storytelling.
- Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills, particularly with content creators and marketing teams.
### Nice to Have:
- Experience managing social media for health, wellness, or related industries.
- Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of local cultural nuances and trends in Vietnam.
- Experience working with influencers or KOLs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
