As a key member of the Product team, you will:

• Lead the end-to-end design process — from concept to execution — transforming abstract ideas into tangible deliverables like user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

• Regularly audit the product to identify usability issues and propose thoughtful, data-informed improvements.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams through brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and stand-ups to drive alignment, raise the right questions, and proactively eliminate roadblocks.

• Contribute to the evolution and consistent application of the design system.

• Support user research initiatives and validate design decisions through usability testing and post-launch analysis.

• Occasionally support the development of brand and marketing materials, ensuring all creative output aligns with visual and brand guidelines.

• Mentor junior designers and interns, providing constructive feedback, guidance, and design leadership.

• Champion the product vision and design culture both internally and externally.

Exceptional design craft: You simplify complex problems into elegant solutions that balance flexibility, usability, and functionality — often demonstrated through high-fidelity, interactive Figma prototypes.

Strong UX foundation: You understand user-centered design principles and are familiar with industry-standard design systems and patterns. You advocate passionately for the end user.
