• Collect and analyze requirements from multiple stakeholders (CEO, Customer Service team, Project Manager).

• Write mini-specs (User Story + Acceptance Criteria) for each feature.

• Continuously update and refine requirements as business priorities change.

• Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements are clear, testable, and deliverable.

• Participate in product demos, capture feedback, and translate it into actionable tasks for the backlog.

• Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams, ensuring fast and accurate delivery.

• > 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst (preferably in startups, SaaS, or AI projects).

• Ability to write simple, clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Strong communication skills, capable of clarifying requirements quickly via chat/email/short meetings.

• Basic understanding of web/app systems is a plus.

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and rapidly changing requirements.

• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with a “move fast, fix fast” environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in Agile or fast-release environments (2–3 day demo cycles).

• Background in healthtech, e-commerce, or AI/chatbot solutions.

• Ability to support developers/testers when needed (e.g., writing simple test cases, checking data).
