• Develop and deliver features in small tasks with fast release cycles (2–3 days/demo).

• Collaborate with BA to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria before coding.

• Build, integrate, and maintain APIs, chatbot functions, and search-related modules.

• Continuously fix issues and improve performance based on customer and stakeholder feedback.

• Participate in demos and ensure each release is functional and valuable to business users.

• Contribute ideas to improve product quality and team efficiency.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in web application development.

• Proficiency in Node.js / Python for backend and React / Vue for frontend.

• Familiar with API integration, database design, and performance optimization.

• Ability to work in short cycles (2–3 days per release) and adapt to changing requirements.

• Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork spirit, and willingness to “fix fast.”

• Comfortable working onsite and collaborating directly with client teams.

  • Experience in AI, chatbot, or search engine development.
